Nurse Aide BASIC FUNCTION:
This position assists with basic of Activities of Daily Living of the hospitalized patient with nursing direction.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Courses in nurse aide and medical terminology preferred.
Experience:
None required, Nurse Aide Experience preferred Certificates, License, Registrations:
None required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must possess good verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, basic computer knowledge, Microsoft office, and prior electronic health records system experience preferred.
Physical:
Must possess good vision for use of computer and good hearing for answering the phone Sits, stands, and walks intermittently most of the work.

Patients, families, visitors, other hospital personnel, medical staff, other medical personnel, members of the general public EXPOSURE TO HAZARDS:
Stress may be experienced due to situations that arise from disgruntled patients and physicians.
According to OSHA standards, this position is classified as low risk with little or no exposure.

Computer, electronic healthcare management software, copy machine, fax machine, telephone, chart files, paper punch, credit card machine, staples, and pens/pencils.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
